Shipping Information:

  1. Shipping Destinations: We only ship wholesale paint products to addresses within the European market, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.
  2. Shipping Methods and Timelines: We offer standard shipping options, and delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically we use a parcel courier service like DPD, GLS, PostNL, Bpost, UPS, DHL or any other that is best suited for your geographic location. For large orders we reserve the option to send your goods by pallet. Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse.
  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. These charges are based on the total order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Additional shipping charges may apply if you live in a rural area or at a location that requires island service.  Additional customs charges also apply for Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. We will contact you once we receive your order to advise of any additional shipping charges. If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you an invoice for these extra charges and once paid, your order will be shipped out.
  4. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
  5. Delivery Responsibility: Once the wholesale paint products are delivered to the designated shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused during transit. If any problems occur during or because of transport then we will assist to resolve any issues in any way we can.

Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for wholesale paint products that are defective, damaged during transit, or do not meet the specified product description. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note:  Dents to containers do not affect the quality of the product so are not considered damaged.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@theartisteurope.eu within the specified return period. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. If preferred we can arrange a return shipping by our own carrier of choice. Any costs incurred by us will be invoiced to you.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned wholesale paint products, our team will inspect the items. If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued, based on your preference. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
  5. Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling or installation.
