Terms & Conditions for “Win Your Fusion Wishlist” Contest

Effective Dates: December 13, 2024 – December 21, 2024
1. Organizer
This contest is organized by The Artist Europe/UK, the official distributor of Fusion Mineral Paint in Europe and the United Kingdom, headquartered in Belgium. It is promoted via the Fusion Mineral Paint EU and UK Facebook and Instagram accounts.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
2. Eligibility
• The contest is open to residents of the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of The Artist Europe/UK, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.
3. Contest Period
• The contest begins on December 13, 2024, at 00:01 CET.
• The contest ends on December 21, 2024, at 23:59 CET.
4. How to Enter
Participants can enter the contest via Instagram or Facebook by completing the following steps:
On Instagram:
1. Comment on the designated contest post with 3–5 Fusion products from your wishlist.
2. Optional for an additional entry:
o Share your wishlist in your Instagram Stories and tag @FusionMineralPaintEU OR @FusionMineralPaintUK.
On Facebook:
1. Comment on the contest post with 3–5 Fusion products from your wishlist.
2. Optional: Tag one friend who likes DIY or Fusion Mineral Paint.
In Facebook Group:
1. Comment on the contest post with 3–5 Fusion products from your wishlist.
2. Optional: Invite one friend who likes DIY or Fusion Mineral Paint.
Important Notes:
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Each individual may submit one entry per platform (Instagram + Facebook + Facebook Group). Multiple entries using fake accounts or bots will lead to disqualification.
5. Prizes
Two winners will be selected to receive the following:
• Each winner will receive up to €100 worth of Fusion Mineral Paint products if the winner is a resident of the EU, up to £100 if the winner is a resident of the UK, selected from their wishlist.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• If a winner is located in the EU, the prize will be shipped from Belgium. If a winner is located in the UK, the prize will be shipped from within the UK.
The Artist Europe/UK will cover standard shipping costs. However, winners are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees in their respective countries.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• Two winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on December 22, 2024.
• Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, The Artist Europe/UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General Rules
• By entering the contest, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The Artist Europe/UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Any attempts to manipulate the contest (e.g., through automated entries or multiple accounts) will result in disqualification.
8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
In accordance with EU and UK GDPR laws:
• The Artist Europe/UK will collect and process participants’ Instagram or Facebook handles for the sole purpose of administering this contest.
• Participant data will be securely stored and deleted within 30 days after the contest ends, unless the participant consents to further communication.
• The Artist Europe/UK will not share participant data with third parties.

9. Liability
• The Artist Europe/UK is not responsible for technical failures, delays in prize delivery due to external factors.
• For UK winners, no customs or import duties are expected if shipping originates from within the UK. However, The Artist Europe/UK assumes no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances.
• This contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.

11. Governing Law
• This contest is governed by the laws of Belgium for EU participants and England and Wales for UK participants.
