Shipping Information:
- Shipping Destinations: We only ship wholesale paint products to addresses within the European market, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.
- Shipping Methods and Timelines: We offer standard shipping options, and delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically we use a parcel courier service like DPD, GLS, PostNL, Bpost, UPS, DHL or any other that is best suited for your geographic location. For large orders we reserve the option to send your goods by pallet. Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. These charges are based on the total order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Additional shipping charges may apply if you live in a rural area or at a location that requires island service. Additional customs charges also apply for Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. We will contact you once we receive your order to advise of any additional shipping charges. If you would like to continue with your order, we will send you an invoice for these extra charges and once paid, your order will be shipped out.
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
